1.依據(jù)車(chē)間的各項(xiàng)要求及班組長(zhǎng)安排，參與本班組生產(chǎn)、品質(zhì)、安全等各方面工作，確保制件焊接和車(chē)身面品、尺寸符合要求，保質(zhì)保量完成車(chē)間的工作任務(wù);
2.依據(jù)作業(yè)指導(dǎo)書(shū)正確使用各種工具，按照標(biāo)準(zhǔn)作業(yè)執(zhí)行，依據(jù)不良進(jìn)行缺陷的彌補(bǔ)，消除制件缺陷的品質(zhì)影響，降低不良制件的報(bào)廢;
3.通過(guò)參與本班組成本改善活動(dòng)，提升本班經(jīng)營(yíng)業(yè)績(jī)，保證績(jī)效指標(biāo)的達(dá)成;
4.依據(jù)車(chē)間現(xiàn)場(chǎng)各項(xiàng)管理標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，做好現(xiàn)場(chǎng)5S3D工作;
