定期組織質量檢查，及時發現并解決質量問題，持續改進產品質量。
3.團隊管理與培訓
招聘、選拔和培訓縫制團隊員工，提升團隊整體技能和效率。
制定并執行員工績效考核制度，激勵員工積極工作，提高團隊凝聚力。
4.設備管理與維護
負責縫制設備的日常管理和維護，確保設備正常運行。
定期安排設備保養和維修，降低設備故障率，提高設備利用率。
5.工藝優化與創新
不斷優化縫制工藝和流程，提高生產效率和產品質量。
鼓勵團隊成員提出創新建議，推動技術創新和工藝改進。
6.溝通協調與跨部門合作
與技術科其他團隊、生產部門、銷售部門等保持密切溝通，確保信息暢通。
參與跨部門合作項目，為其他部門提供技術支持。
