負(fù)責(zé)將每日的入庫、出庫、盤點等倉庫操作數(shù)據(jù)準(zhǔn)確錄入EXCEL表格，或ERP系統(tǒng)。
定期核對系統(tǒng)數(shù)據(jù)與實物庫存，確保數(shù)據(jù)一致性，及時發(fā)現(xiàn)并糾正差異。
維護(hù)庫存商品信息，包括尺碼、顏色、款式等詳細(xì)屬性，確保信息準(zhǔn)確無誤。
2.報表編制與分析
編制各類倉庫管理報表，如庫存周轉(zhuǎn)率報告、缺貨率報告、庫存成本分析報告等。
對庫存數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行深度分析，識別庫存積壓、短缺等問題，提出改善建議。
協(xié)助進(jìn)行銷售預(yù)測，為采購計劃提供數(shù)據(jù)支持。
3.流程優(yōu)化與支持
參與倉庫管理流程的優(yōu)化項目，提出數(shù)據(jù)驅(qū)動的改進(jìn)建議。
支持倉庫盤點工作，包括前期準(zhǔn)備、現(xiàn)場記錄及后期數(shù)據(jù)整理。
協(xié)助解決倉庫操作中遇到的數(shù)據(jù)相關(guān)問題，提升倉庫運作效率。
4.跨部門協(xié)作
與業(yè)務(wù)、采購、財務(wù)等部門緊密合作，確保數(shù)據(jù)的無縫對接和信息的及時傳遞。
參與跨部門會議，分享庫存數(shù)據(jù)洞察，促進(jìn)供應(yīng)鏈協(xié)同。
系統(tǒng)操作與維護(hù)
熟練掌握并持續(xù)優(yōu)化ERP等倉庫管理系統(tǒng)，確保數(shù)據(jù)處理的準(zhǔn)確性和高效性。
定期備份數(shù)據(jù)，確保數(shù)據(jù)安全。

任職資格
教育背景
大專及以上學(xué)歷，物流管理、信息管理、統(tǒng)計學(xué)等相關(guān)專業(yè)優(yōu)先。
工作經(jīng)驗
1年以上倉庫管理、數(shù)據(jù)統(tǒng)計或相關(guān)領(lǐng)域工作經(jīng)驗，服裝行業(yè)背景尤佳。
熟悉ERP/WMS系統(tǒng)操作，具備良好的數(shù)據(jù)分析能力。
